On the 18th of April 1935 Hunter White was elected Chairman and first President of the Devon Society, now Devon Cattle Breeders’ Society of Australia. Read more about our history.
Today the Society continues to champion the Australian Devon breed with up-to-date information and development news.
Devon Cattle Breeders’ Society of Australia is the peak authority for Devon cattle breeders and graziers in Australia.
Our aim is to foster the promotion and development of the DEVON breed of cattle, particularly in Australia, but also to anyone anywhere in the world who may be interested
A registry of Devon cattle is maintained, including information about the history and performance of the breed. This information is available to interested persons by enquiry. Costs are payable. Please contact us for more details.
